This is a unique and exciting opportunity to become part of the newly formed Cervical Screening London service commissioned to provide primary HPV testing in London. Anticipated activity is expected to be in excess of 740,000 cervical samples per year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, highly motivated and experienced HCPC registered Consultant Biomedical Scientists. Candidates must hold the IBMS/Royal College of Pathologists (RCPath) Advanced Specialist Diploma in Cervical Cytology. The primary purpose of this role will be to report abnormal cytology samples, support MDT’s and play an active role in the training and development of staff.

The post holders will join a team of Consultant Pathologists and CBMS’s in a new central London facility within a short walking distance of Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras stations.

Salary offered will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
