Pathology is a passion – for HSL, for its staff, for so many people in the scientific community – and so the investments we’re making here reflect just how valued the profession is. Perhaps that hasn’t always been the case but we’re here to change that.
All of us here are part of something new and pioneering. But that can only be truly transformative in medicine if it provides added meaning for both the customer and employee. Which is why we invite staff to sit with management and explore what they believe is important in this field, how the new laboratories should be designed and where investment needs to be made.
